Now let's call to order the Travis County Bee Caves road district number 1. The galleria. 1. Approve Travis County Bee Caves road district #1 minutes for voting session of July 1, 2008 and corrected minutes for voting session of June 17, 2008.

>> all in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. 2. Consider and take appropriate action on the acceptance of deeds of right of way and adjacent for the hill country galleria parkway to the Travis County bee cave road district #1. Road district number 3.

>> this is an adjacent property?

>> it's the right-of-way of the parkway. I'm sorry, carol joseph, t.n.r. The right-of-way of the parkway of the galley I gallegoi can't, as well as a strip of land abutting the right-of-way. The reason for this, we put this in an operations agreement so that the road can always stay public by district owning the right-of-way, if Bee Caves decided to change the roadway from public to private, we could always oppose that.
