Now let's call to order the Travis County housing finance corporation 1. Consider and take appropriate action on the following: 1. Request for payments for the state jail visitor center project; and 2. Construction change order to change the substantial completion date.
>> good afternoon, harvey Davis manager for the corporation. I'm asking you to -- to approve two payments, one for $5,378.30 to trim build, the general contractor and then the second payment is for $123.43 and that's for reimbursement of some out-of-pocket expenses. Payable to jim barr. The facilities management has -- has reviewed the trim built invoices and issued a certificate of payment and -- an architect's certificate of payment. I recommend the board approval it.

>> discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. And b, provided -- part of number 1 is construction change order to change the substantial completion date.
>> this would change the substantial completion date from August 6th, 2008 to September 25th, 2008. It extends the completion dates for 50 days. The reason is because the construction was delayed because the state was -- wanted to ensure the -- the status of all of the workers at the site.
>> and did they all check out?
>> apparently they all checked out because that issue has been resolved and they have -- they began construction on June 23rd.
>> make sure that you communicate to the state our joy that -- that -- in learning that they are complying with the law. I am tempted to say for a change, but leave that last part off.
