And posted for consent are c 1 through c 2, c 1 and c 2, and let's consider adding the following items to the consent motion, if you would like for us to discuss any of these separately, please say so as we call out the number of the item. Number 4, 5, 6, any issues with 7?

>> those were additional services that we took to -- took quite a while to recognize there. Number 8, 9 --

>> we did put 7 on consent, right?

>> uh-huh.

>> yes, sir.

>> okay. Unless we need to pull it off.

>> huh-uh.

>> okay. 7, 8 and 9, the first public hearing, 10 the second public hearing, 14 ab and c, number 15, 16, 19, any issues on -- on 20?

>> huh-uh.

>> 22, 24, 25, then to 27, ab and c, 29, 31, and 32. On 32 we generally follow the i.r.s. Mileage rates so --

>> move approval of the consent.

>> I'm sorry, on c 2 I'm going to have to abstain because I wasn't here on the 24th to approve the minutes.

>> you didn't call 18.

>> we didn't call it.

>> we didn't call it.

>> because I need to abstain on that one.

>> the c 2.

>> okay, c 2 is not part of the consent motion.

>> any issues with 31 and 32?

>> no.

>> then we will pull c 2 out and call it up separately.

>> okay.

>> would anyone like for us to pull any of these items for separate discussion? Of all in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.

>> C2 is to approve Commissioners court minutes for voting sessions of June 10th, 24th and 26th 2008.

>> move approval.

>> second.

>> can we take them separately because the --

>> just indicate to us which one that you would like to abstain on.

>> just 24.

>> June 24th show Commissioner eckhardt abstaining the rest of the court voting for it. The rest of them? Other two dates? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.
