Number two is a public hearing to receive comments regarding a plat vacation in precinct two: replat of lot 2, block a, north park, section two subdivision (1 total lot. .] Move to open the public hearing.

>> all in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. By the way, that's one total lot involved.
>> yes, sir, that's right. That's one lot, about five acres. And currently is restricted to two driveways. What they would like to do is vacate the plat note that restricts them to two driveways and replat into two lots, since the plat -- since the original platting granted a driveway easement across the property and so what they want to do now in the replatting is to respect that easement as well as have three driveways on the new subdivision. And basically because of the size of the subdivision, five acres, now two acre and three acre, there's really no problem with granting the number of driveways that they are seeking.
