Number one is a public hearing to receive comments regarding a request to authorize the filing of an instrument to vacate two 7.5-foot public utility and drainage easements located along either side of the common lot line of lots 10 and 11 of white rim mountain, section one, a subdivision in precinct 3.

>> good morning, joe gieselman and anna bolin from the transportation natural resources department. These were both a public utility easement and a drainage easement. Registered engineer by the name of robert thompson has evaluated the need for the drainage easement. And has made a determination that the drainage easement is not necessary. We have also contacted all of the utility companies and they have no need for the utility easements. We -- the staff is therefore on this basis recommending the vacation of both. Today's public hearing is to receive any public testimony and I know of no objection.

>> move to close the public hearing.

>> all in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. This will be action item no. 9 on today's agenda.
