Executive Session
And accord to my records, executive session? Number 26 is to receive briefing from county attorney and take appropriate action and sandra luna individually and a/n/fkasandraluna verses city of Austin, Travis County and michael harleyalt. This is conversation with the attorney on exception of the open meetings act. 27 and 28 were postponed until correction week, and our second item for discuss in executive session is 29, receive briefing from county attorney on complaint regarding certain allegedtives during recent republic of Texas biker rally at the Travis County exposition center. We will discuss these two matters in executive session and return to open court before taking any action.
we've returned from executive session where we discussed the following items. Number 16, the matter involves sandra luna. I move that we authorize page of the verdict amount in cast number c-1-cv-06-005366. The luna case against Travis County, including costs or interassessed by the court.

And this morning we did not call up the item involving budget amendments and transfers because we don't have any. And that is number 9. We do not need. And that does it for the voting session.
