Executive Session
We have come to executive session. After postponing number 24 at the request of the county attorney, we only have 25 left. It's an added item, receive briefing from county attorney and take appropriate action in relation to negotiations for external audit services. This is under the consultation with attorney exception to the open meetings act. We'll discuss it in executive session, but will return to open court before taking any action. And when we come back to open court, we'll be ford the corporations also. -- we'll be ready for the corporations also.
we've returned from executive session where we discussed item number 55 involving the external audit as much ass. Audit services. I move that we have the county attorney to negotiate for our audit as much ass, including a binding arbitration division.
