Number 1 is a public hearing to receive comments regarding a request to authorize the filing of an instrument to vacate two five foot public utility easements located along either side of the common lot line of lots 262 and 263 of apache shores, first installment subdivision, in precinct three

>> good morning, joe gieselman with the transportation natural resources department. These are public utility easements. We have notified all of the utility providers in the area. They have no need for these particular easements. And this will enable the easements to be freed up where there is a house. To avoid the conflict between the house and the easements. The purpose of today's meeting is to receive any public testimony with regard to the proposed vacation.
