Bee Caves Road District Number 1

View captioned video.

Let's call up the Travis County Bee Caves road district number 1, the galleria, one item. Consider and take appropriate action on an agreement between city of Bee Caves and Travis County bee cave road district number 1. Concerning bee cave parkway.

>> this agreement is one that was -- that was described in the operations agreement that the road district agreed with the developer. Is a requirement that they -- that the city of Bee Caves commit to the road district that -- that they will set aside the -- the right-of-way and that -- that they will agree not to -- not to do anything with that right-of-way without your permission. So that the right-of-way is carefully described and in fact you will be getting the deeds to the right-of-way as well as to an adjacent piece of property in an upcoming meeting of the road district very soon. So what this is just -- the city of Bee Caves is committing to you that we're not going to do anything with that right-of-way unless we give you notice ahead of time. That's basically the essence of this agreement. Very straightforward.

>> so we're sitting now as a Travis County bee cave road district number 1 board.

>> yes.

>> and so the city of Bee Caves is making commitments to you as that board saying we're not going to let that right-of-way go away, anything happened to that road unless we give you notice.

>> questions?

>> move approval, judge.

>> second.

>> any discussion? All in favor?

>> briefly while I'm not a huge fan of road districts this is a pretty narrowly defined one.

>> show Commissioners doherty, eckhardt, Gomez, yours truly voting in favor, Commissioner Davis abstaining. All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote, move adjourn.
