that's the matter involving the wandering creek preliminary plan that we discussed at length this morning and also this afternoon.
26 we will take into executive session under consultation with attorney, consider and take appropriate action on request from hazy hills for assistance regarding spicewood stone commercial billboard advertising on state highway 71, noise and other alleged nuisances.
and this will be under the consultation with attorney exception to the open meetings act.

consultation with attorney exception to the open meets act.

…if in fact the court decided to fund the -- the actions this morning, the $2, the media, the compensation reserve.
that would leave you in that compensation reserve approximately at 3% for the rank and file, would you like for us to bring back on the July 8th the possibility of a 3%?
we have two -- we have three and a half and four currently.
but -- we could come back and do a two percent option.

>> if you could bring back other creative options for funding it at 3.5%.

>> we will be glad to do that.

>> don't forget how creative our planning and budget office has been historically.
it's at moments like this we look to them for guidance and leadership.
all in favor?
that passes by unanimous vote, Commissioner Gomez had to run to another commitment.
we also discussed item no.
19 involving wandering creek and got answers to legal questions.
probably no action required today.
we indicated this morning we would have it back on the court's agenda July 1st, either July 1st or July 8th.
depending on progress made to that point.
and so we will do that.
if there are no -- no other recommended actions there, we discussed number 26, the matter involving hazy hills ranchettes subdivisions, legal advise, something to mull over, additional things to work on.
we will just have that back on at the appropriate time in the future.
number 33 is involving county obeyed property on 9 -- county owned property on f.m.
969 east Austin.
move that we ask staff and the county judge and others who want to work on it to work with the city of Austin and interested private party on what we discussed with legal counsel and staff and also that we communicate with the state officials at the Travis County community justice center.
what's in the works so they will know exactly what we have in mind and probably have this back on the court's agenda in a couple or three weeks.
okay.
discussion?
all in favor?
that passes by unanimous vote.
