Citizens communication is next. This item gives residents an opportunity to address the Commissioners court on any matter not on the agenda. Gus pena has signed in. And he'll be followed by stuart thomas gerstacker.

>> good morning, judge, Commissioners. I'm gus pena. Like jimmy castro says not speaking for anybody, on anybody's behalf. If a person asks me to relay a message to y'all, I will do that gladly. Funding for burial. We had an individual who died June the 1st and -- their sister, his sister called Travis County for assistance to bury him at Travis County burial. Anyway, I believe the statement was -- I'm trying to clarify the issue a as we get in contact with them. The county, whoever officially spoke to them said we don't have any funding. The issue, the item is before the agenda, agendized item is before the Commissioners court to sign-off to approve the funding. Anyway the family was not able to obtain any kind of assistance from Travis County. The superior mortuary was it is one who performed the services at assumption, finally got in contact with a contact person at Travis County at palm square, said that should not have been said to the individual. There is funding, a way to procure funding or approval from the Travis County court to get this individual buried. We have people not educated on what is not, what is. We need to clarify that judge and Commissioners. Lloyd doggett, mayor, mayor will wynn the city of Austin had a press conference this year on global warming. I caught him on other issues because global warming is very important. Has an impact on us and our kids and grandkids if you have them. I'm very concerned about this issue because -- it is already impacting us. It's going to hit news the pocket as it is now, also for our kids' future. What kind of future are they going to have. I also talked to them about the veterans issues, federal housing. The veteran denied services by the health district, the clinic. I want to thank mr. Michael keith of the Travis County attorney's office. David escamilla's office, gave me the contact number to call to discuss this issue with one of the county officials, I believe it was palm square, as to why these individuals being denied eligibility when they are eligible for health care and their clinic or m.a.p. Card. I want to thank mr. Heath for approaching me this morning, providing me this documentation, I appreciate that very much. Today at 1:30 at the capitol, at the speaker's room, we're going to have a meeting with a bunch of senators and representatives regarding veterans issues. I'm glad this is coming to the forefront because a lot of veterans are being denied their services. Our iraq war veterans are not being treated for ptsd, mental health issues or other kind of issues. Another thick that I spoke to, the city of Austin,

>> [indiscernible] ago, Travis County social service agents have suffered a big hit. Last year in December Travis County united way decided to cut funding on certain social service agencies. Having a negative big impact on people who are the poor, needy, have nots, the gap widens. I will wrap up. We need to look at this. Please, please allocate more funding for that. One last issue, shots for tots. 972-5520, get your children immunized. You can save them from being critically ill or possible death. Thank you very much. Have a good day.

>> thank you.

>> thank you.

>> mr. Gerstacker. Good morning y'all, you may remember me, I came in here last summer because I was difficulty with the county about things I don't really want to go into. I was talking about having a little love-in at the capitol, basically bringing people down, trying to make you guys stop messing with me. Since that's happened, I want to say that I have made a mistake. In my divorce the judgment that I got was rendered against my ex-wife and her attorney, mistakenly also included judgment against the county. It's my understanding that the reason that I've been experiencing friction with the county is because of this judgment. I just came in here to let you all know that I filed the remitter in the public record yesterday, I waived all monetary awards against all parties except my ex-wife's attorney. I wanted to come in here and let y'all know about that. I brought a copy of the front that with the instrument number in case you guys want to references that. I trust in the future I'm not going to have any difficulties as far as having my judgment enforced or anyone hindering me as a secured creditor in this matter. Just looks to me like the whole thing was just a big misunderstanding. I want to let you know, you guys don't owe me any money on this deal. That love-in at the capitol that's not going to happen. I'm going to deal with this through proper channels and enforce it like any proper judgment. Wanted to let you all know that.

>> good news. Can you leave that with us?

>> I was going to leave this with you. It isn't actually a certified copy. It has the instrument number. This is the actual remitter, I didn't include the attachments. But they are recorded in the public record so you can be able to access that.

>> thank you very much.

>> nothing like a piece of good news early in the morning.

>>

>> [inaudible - no mic]

>> our relationship will be a whole lot better after today.

>> I'm sure it will.

>> thank you.

>> all right, judge.
