Now, I would like to move that we recess item 32 until 4:00 p.m. Tomorrow. Give me a chance to read what you gave us. Maybe we will do that after executive session, john? But I'm thinking tomorrow when we are scheduled to have the voting session at 3:30, that really ought to take 30 minutes or less. And actually if we do this after executive session, we can really recess it until 3:30 tomorrow, so when we finish the other item, we can take this up then, right, john? Okay. So with that said, I think we're ready for executive session. Is that okay?
