Number 22, consider and take appropriate action on a request for variance to install a supply and return line to the treatment units closer than 5 feet to the house foundation at 12502 lakeland drive east. Same explanation as before?
>> stacy shuffle, t.n.r., yes, exact same situation. This house was built in 1970. It's built on a smaller lot. It's very tight up against the easements, the side line easements. They've got a failing septic system. They are running on pump and haul right now.
