10 is consider and take appropriate action on 24-hour fitness corporate agreement.

>> good morning, judge.

>> good morning.

>> I'm vetta and we have rodney from 24-hour fitness. We were just coming back to discuss a change that was recently --

>> pull the mic toward you. Thank you.

>> that was recently made on the contract that you originally agreed on may 27th -- may 20th. There was a change on the third tier family add-on from 12 to 17.99. That was the only change that was made to the original contract. And the reason being is because 24-hour fitness went away with that 12.99 tier. And rodney can speak on behalf on the reason why that change went away.

>> good morning. In the last 30 to 60 days, we've done some reevaluation with our price points and realized that the third tier family add-on wasn't very beneficial, as only 8% of our employee population were actually taking advantage of it. So what we -- in order to simplify our price point and make it even more simple for not only a retail member but especially a corporate member is that we did away with it as it wasn't being used, and just went to two prices. One for what we call a master agreement, which is the first person, and the second person family add-on rate. We chose to go with one rate for the rest of the dependents or family add-ons that fall under our policy for the household.

>> so a family member would be defined as --

>> a 24-hour fitness policy, any two people that live at the same address. They could be husband, wife, boyfriend, girlfriend, brother, sister or significant other. And then dependents being between the ages of 12 and 17, you could add those on as well.

>> okay. Questions? So we have how many employees indicating an interest in signing up today?

>> we had 273 so far.

>> 273?

>> yes, sir.

>> okay. Now, for those employees who have been e-mailing the county judge asking when a contract will be approved, this may be the day. Move approval.

>> second.

>> discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.

>> thank you.

>> thank you very much. Look forward to seeing you and the treadmill.

>> I'll save one for you.
