>> good morning, joe gieselman with the transportation natural resources department. Third we periodically name unnamed private easements to facilitate emergency response and that is the case here. This -- this naming of the street doesn't mine in any way that the county takes on any responsibility for maintaining private function. Everyone I believe is in agreement with the proposed name. But the purpose of today's public hearing is to receive any public testimony with regard to the naming.
