The consent items are next, posted for consent are c 1 through c 3. Let's consider adding the following items to the consent motion. It's a long list. If anyone would like for us to discuss any of these separately, please say so as we call out the number of the item. Number 4, 5, 6 --

>> excuse me, judge. I apologize for interrupting, but I’m told our lawyer advises us please don't put 6 on consent.

>> okay.

>> our lawyer must have a real good reason for that, mr. Malone. So six will not be part of the consent motion. Thank you. Number 7, 8, 9 a and b, and on 9 b that committee -- is -- is jason walker. Tamara armstrong and skip rictor.

>> that came from -- from -- from one of them, they have been working on this issue. Is that okay? Number 10, 11, 12 and 13, two items that we had the public hearings on, number 14, that's an exemption plus a construction agreement, both of them in one. Number 15, all of number 19. So 19 a, b, c, d. Number 22, known star flight, and if we put 22 on, in my view, we should put 18 on, also, budget amendments and transfers, that's to transfer that amount of money.

>> yeah.

>> [indiscernible]

>> okay.

>> so 22 and 18.

>> yeah.

>> 24, 25 26.

>> judge, the actually person that's -- that's appointed on that she came down to observe. She may want to say a word. She was. Are you still there.

>> don't talk us out of approving this item, ms. Miller. Would you like to address us? We can call it up separately if so.

>>

>> [inaudible - no mic]

>> your resume looks so good we thought that we would approve it.

>> thank you.

>> we appreciate your volunteering to help.

>> thank you, judge.

>> it's one of those heart touching theories, also, children's protective services, board. That's 26. 28, a 3, and a 5.

>> move approval of the consent items.

>> second.

>> would anyone like for us to pull any of these items for separate discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.
