6. Consider and take appropriate action on license agreement with the republic of Texas biker rally for annual event at the exposition center. What we have before us is an agreed contract for a five-year period. And -- and

>> [indiscernible]

>> yes, Commissioners and judge Biscoe. I just wanted to -- to let you know that -- that the agreement that was provided with your backup unfortunately there were a lot of various versions of this multi-year five year license agreement that were being exchanged by myself, my clients, michael norton is here, director of the expo center and the attorney for the republic of Texas biker rally. And the version of the agreement that was provided with your backup is not the most recent version of the agreement. If you would like, I can go over those, there were four provisions that we had discussed, all agreed to, our risk managers chimed in, provided some advice about some of the liability provisions. Which for the most part we main the same as they have always been in terms of insurance coverage requirements. But the attorney for jerry brag, the owner of rot and I had agreed on some additional language that had been left out of their versions that was provided to you. Primarily those are business terms that michael and I discussed having to do with the expo center's right to conduct or to contract with other licensees at the center for a period just before and just after the republic of Texas enters the premises to begin their setup and tear down. So at this point the expo center will be able to grant them partial usage rights for 8 days prior to the event and two days afterwards. But they will be able to license out to a third party to conduct additional events and there be get additional revenues. There was a clarification about although the republic of Texas biker rally will have the right to have vendors on this site, conduct with non-food, non-beverage concession areas, we will not have any rights to those revenues except for those rights that we are entitled to by separate agreement with g and m catering, our current expo center concessionaire. The final point that I wanted to let you know about is in the assignment provision, which is 24, in the version that you have, there was a very broad grant of assignment rights to republic of Texas bicycler rally, which I had objected to. And I discussed this with their attorney and he and I agreed ultimately assuming the court agrees to this, that they will have the right to assign or sublicense the agreement in whole or in part as long as jerry brag, who is the owner of the rot with whom you have developed a relationship over the years, holds the majority of the voting interest. Again, that was important because this is a five-year license term, so in the event republic of Texas folks have that desire of course they will come to us and we can approve it. I just wanted to point that out to you. Other than that everything is as it was in the backup that you received last week I think.

>> questions?

>> I move approval.

>> second.

>> I just wanted for say for the record how grateful we are for the wireless a nice addition by mr. Brag, a good job by mr. Norton in negotiating this five year contract.

>> one more thing, sorry, that is the agreement was prepared so that michael norton, director of the expo center could execute it. So if the court could as part of its motion authorize michael to sign it. Getting the current version of the agreement that's correct as we speak. Their attorney is having jerry brag sign those.

>>

>> [indiscernible] my motion then.

>> uh-huh.

>> any more discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. Thank you all very much.

>>

>> [inaudible - no mic]

>> yes, sir.
