Number 2 a public hearing to receive comments regarding a request to authorize the filing of an instrument to vacate a 0.117 acre portion of an 8.69 acre drainage easement as recorded in volume 12899, page 65 of the real property records of Travis County, Texas - a separate instrument drainage easement dedicated in Travis County, precinct three

This drainage easement was dedicated by separate instrument when the lake wind estate section one final plat was being approved. When the final plat 3 came in, the lago -- private street was created, so the need for this little piece of drainage easement is no longer -- we don't -- that need is no longer there. Because the private street

>> [indiscernible] that drainage easement function. We have had the president of the homeowners association called and had questions. Once we, you know, explained what the item was and how the drainage easement came to be, I know of no objections.
