Number 1 is a public hearing to receive comments regarding a request to authorize the filing of an instrument to vacate four five-foot public utility easements located along either side of the common lot line of lots 24 and 25 and lots 25 and 26 of twin lake hills, block pp, a subdivision in precinct 3.

>> good morning, anna bolin, Travis County t.n.r. The purpose of this hearing is to vacate the four or five public utility easements between the common lot lines of lots 24 and 25 and 25 and 26. Staff has reviewed this and also got comment from the utility providers and we know of no objections to say indicating these easements.
>> would anyone like to give testimony during this public hearing? If so, please come forward.
>> move that the public hearing be closed. All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. This will be action item no. 12 on today's agenda.
