Posted for consent are c 1 through c 6, c 1 through c 6 and I show all of them to be ready for consideration. Let's consider adding the following items to the consent motion. It's a long list. If anyone would like for us to discuss any of these separately, please say so as we call out the number of item. Number 3, 4 a and b, 5, we have been asked to call up item no. 6 this afternoon and if we are still in court we will. 8 a and b, 9.

>> judge, I need to show abstaining on item 9.

>> okay. We will call item no. Up separately. Number 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 ab and, 15,.

>> judge, I need to show abstaining on item 15.

>> we will call 15 up separately. 16, 17 the one we had the public hearing on, 20 I understand that legal did give an affirmative opinion on that.

>> yeah. There was also just a clarification in the language for anybody who is watching that the balance of the -- of the revenue would all go to acquisition, I don't think that was -- there was some concern about whether that was clear in the --

>> well, it was always been directed towards --

>> right.

>> to some degree anyway. I mean, we --

>> this is a small portion of the revenue going toward operating expenses with all of the ballots still remaining

>> [multiple voices]

>> for future acquisition, right. Okay.

>> 21 a and b,.

>> is 20 on there?

>> 20 is on consent.

>> 20 is on consent.

>> 21 is too, right? 22, 23, 24, 25, with the location being the precinct 1 satellite office on johnny morris road.

>> right.

>> 28, 31, we will come back to you. 31, 32, 33 and 34.

>> move approval.

>> second.

>> mr. Gieselman?

>> yes, I understand Commissioner Gomez that there was several other meetings being held on the 18th and there might be some preference on the part of the court to move our -- that hearing or the meeting on the drainage study --

>> we will need to call that item up separately apparently.

>> right.

>> so let's take 25 off the consent motion. How is that, joe, we will call it up momentarily.

>> right there.

>> any need to discuss any of the other items separately.

>> no, judge, that's --

>> okay.

>> yeah.

>> okay. All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.
