>> yes. I think this is christie moffat. We have been in communication. I just wanted -- a single parent mother, this is -- this consists of about 95% either brown or black. And I’m a 3 percent-er. I represent 3% of the population. Alicia garcia is a single parent mother for 21 years her home had not had a septic tank. It's good to hear that you just passed something in support of that. There's three blacks that have been put in jail because they did not have septic tanks. There's a strong feeling in the community that this kind of thing needs the kind of support that -- that ms. Moffett has -- has pursued here. I don't know your --

>> well, we -- we need a connection with the Commissioners court? The e.t.j. Not just imperial valley. There are some deep concerns that -- that water treatment questions. Where car batteries are put in ponds all close to manor. That kind of thing. There needs to be if possible some kind of little newsletter or get the news into the Austin american-statesman. I don't know how this all takes place. But -- but in brazil, in mexico, in central america, and in china where I have worked 13 years, I know that -- that other countries can do it and we can hear. And the -- the strong sentiment that I was -- that I faced when I -- when I put a name on the paper and worried after I did, that this single parent mother might be done like the -- like the three black people were done. Just because they didn't have a septic tank. It's real important. Thank for you letting me have three minute and a half.

>> thanks for coming down.

>> thank you so much.

>> any questions from the community?

>> thank you. Lots of questions.
