Posted for consent are c 1 through c 5 and let's consider adding the following items to the consent motion, if you would like for us to discuss these separately, please say so as I call out the number of the item. 5, 6 a and b, 7, 8, 9 a and b, 10, 11, 16,. >> judge, I want to abstain on 16.

>> move approval of the consent items.

>> judge, I just have one question on the -- on the -- on 19 for the commuter rail district, aren't the other members also contributing something to their overall services?
>> yes.
>> okay. So it's not just Travis County contributing.
>> no.
>> 11 others.
>> they are up to about -- about nine or 10 municipalities, but san antonio --
>> so we are one of all of those.
>> yeah. There are probably a dozen people that are paying into it.
>> okay.
>> is that okay?
>> uh-huh.
>> t.n.r. Is one that -- that oversees that overall as far as transportation --
>> I’m the representative. Sure the representative from -- from the Commissioners court, the t.n.r. Doesn't --
>> they don't have no role at all in this?
>> huh-uh.
>> okay. I will need to ask you a couple of questions later on then, not now. I’ll talk with you later.
