Number 24 is to consider and take appropriate action regarding a request from the Texas department of transportation -- joe, you might want to stay in here.department of transportation to appoint a member to the i-35 segment corridor committee.

so I don't know that I need to know a whole lot more than that --

I've lost sight of that.
if we could get that information this afternoon when we take the executive session items. I would appreciate that.
so let's say just a real brief discussion of 31, but postpone 26 and 27.
is that okay?
the other items that I skipped over we had sort of told people that we would call them up this afternoon.
so unless there's objection, move that we recess until 1:30.
