>> 19 is to consider and take appropriate action regarding -- I didn't recommend this for consent because last time we didn't discuss 267.
a is to authorize the filing of an instrument to vacate a 25-foot wide drainage easement centered along the common lot line of lots one and two of the resubdivision of lots 260, 261, 262, 263, 264, 265, 266 and 267 of travis settlement, section four.
and b, is a plat for recording in precinct three, the villas of black smith cove, the revised plat of lots one and two of the resubdivision of lots 260, 261, 262, 263, 264, 265, 266 and 267, travis settlement, section four.
five total lots.
anybody here on this item?
last time we discussed 267.
there seemed to be a little confusion, I guess, that was clarified.
we talked with the owner of that lot.
he's all right with this.

>> since we spoke the last time, I have visited more with ms. Norman, who actually lives on lot 268, and as per the court's request, I did contact the dunn's, which were in the original plat lot 267.
now they're lot three of the revised plat to try to clarify, you know, what had gone on in the past with this section of travis settlement and helped them with the history of how it's progressed through different platting actions.
so it could be somewhat complicated just looking at it.
but I gave them the information.
I think that -- I haven't heard anything more from the dunns, who live on lot 3 here.
ms. Norman did appreciate the information, but still was looking forward to us improving public notice.
the sign was somewhat confusing to her.
and beefing up possibly some of the content of the letter.

>> but 267 was contacted?

>> yes, they were.
and actually, technically they're lot 3, they're not 267 anymore.
but whatever you want to call the lot, they were contacted.

>> judge, I move approval of a and b.

>> second.

>> is that where you were headed ms. Bolin?

>> yes, sir.

>> [ laughter ]

>> I hadn't heard otherwise, so I knew that that was the case.

>> any more discussion?
all in favor?
that passes by unanimous vote.
