Item number 19 is to consider and take appropriate action regarding an interlocal agreement between Texas parks and wild life department and Travis County. The sources for funding would be t&r. We have specific line items and the auditor would like for us to make a specific announcement according to an e-mail I received yesterday. Than says we request that the court expressly state that the agreement was negotiated as an exception to the purchasing policy prior to its decision on approving the interlocal agreement. And sid just handed us a -- sid?
