Then we are ready for executive session. Oh, did we do -- call back to or the the Commissioners court. To announce that we are ready for executive session. On item a 1, a1. Receive legal briefing from county attorney and take appropriate action to accept, reject or counter settlement demand regarding nicole lee. The item may be called into executive session pursuant to government code annotated 551.071 consultation with attorney. We are going to go into executive session. We will be back to announce any action.
we are back at 10:03, we had one item in executive session, a 1 regarding the nicole lee, is there any action.
>> I move that we -- we settle in the amount of $2,500. And that we request that a full release be signed by nicole lee. And we direct staff, county attorney staff to proceed with all of the necessary closure process to ensure that this action is taken care of. That's the motion.
