Call to order the Travis County housing finance corporation voting session 1. Consider and take appropriate action on request to approve payment of three invoices from consumer credit counseling service. Mr. Davis.
>> good morning, harvey Davis, manager of the corporation. The three invoices told $525 and these represent classes to -- to first time home buyers and our -- our down payment assistance program, I do represent that the home buyers have paid the $75 fee. And we've deposited that in our account and we -- so if that is the source of funds for this -- these three invoices.
>> okay. So they are ready for approval.
>> move approval.
>> second.
>> all those in favor? Unanimous. Item 2. Consider and take appropriate action on request to approve minutes of board of directors meetings of January 15, January 22, January 29, February 5 and February 12, 2008.
>> move approval.
>> I do want to make the board aware that those minutes were on the meeting of March 18th. But through just hurrying through the meeting they weren't approved. So -- so these are being put back on the agenda so they can be approved.
>> catching up. Okay.
>> I second.

>> all those in favor? Unanimous.
>> move adjourn.
