Number 17, consider and take appropriate action on the following regarding tierra, vista subdivision, a, a plat for recording in precinct 3, b, a subdivision construction agreement, and crrks, a cash security agreement for full construction fiscal.
>> hi, anna bolin, Travis County t.n.r. This subdivision is for 42 lots on a little over 62 acres. It's on pace bend road. And they have posted $669,000 for their improvements. We haven't really received comments on this subdivision, although the subdivision has been in the review cycle for a while and I know that the neighbors are aware of it because I’ve talked with them. It's a private street subdivision and that's really the --
>> no objections called to our attention?
>> no, sir.
>> it's fairly routine approval?
>> uh-huh.
>> second.
>> I have one question about it though. In viewing the map, it comes out on -- it has access to 2322, which would then feed out on to highway 71 west of the problem areas that we've had with highway 71, but are we still using roughly the nine trips per day thumbnail for the trip generation on major arterials?
>> yes, ma'am.
>> so we are looking at in approving this plat, what I’ming about to say is not currently a rationale for failing to approve a plat, but it does mean roughly 369 trips per day on highway 71 added by this subdivision.
>> yes, ma'am.
>> okay.
