Number 1 is a public hearing to receive comments regarding the following requests to authorize the filing of instruments to, a, reject the dedication and quit claim deed for a portion of right-of-way known as presa abajo within the werkenthin section one subdivision, and 1-b, vacate two 10-foot public utility easements, one being on lot 3, block a within the werkenthin section 1 subdivision with the other being on lot 1 within the amended plat of lots 1 and 2, block c of werkenthin, section 1.

>> good morning, joe geiselman and anna bolin from the transportation and resource department. This request is for the vacation of a right-of-way that is 60-foot wide and about 280 feet long. It is not being constructed. It's actually a rejection of a dedication. And the county has not used it and has no intention of using the right-of-way so we would feel comfortable recommending its rejection. The other are two 10-foot public utility easements and in similar situations, we've contacted utility companies and they have no need for the public utility easement. We would recommend the court action today to reject the dedication and vacate the utility easements. I do not know of any objection to this action.
