Good afternoon. Let's call to order the northwest Travis County road district number three.
>> otherwise known as the golden triangle. Director eckhardt is away. She may join us before we finish. We don't need item number 1 as there are no investments and no claims. We do need number two. And number two is to approve northwest Travis County road district number 3 minutes for voting sessions of March 11, 18 and 25th, 2008.
