Posted for consent are c 1 through c 3, c 1 through c 3, and any objection to those being part of the consent motion?

>> no.

>> let's consider adding the following items to the consent motion, if you would like for us to discuss any of these separately, please say so as we call out the number of item. Number 3, I’m sorry, number 2, then number 3. Number 5, number 5, 6, 7, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12,.

>> I sort of have an aside to indicate or remind me that it's a $1.2 million modification, but I discussed this with staff, in view of all of the staff it makes more sense to exempt this and go ahead and expand the contract of the contractor there. So --

>> are we going to get some -- were we going to get any legal counsel on that?

>> I have gotten legal counsel already, but if you want to discuss with legal that's fine. There's john looking at you --

>>

>> [inaudible - no mic]

>> further that you would like to hear.

>> do you want to withhold action take it into executive session?

>> I would appreciate it just to get up to speed.

>> all right. We will not include 12 in the consent motion. So from 11 we go to 13 and -- if ms. Porter if you will remind me we will take 12 into executive session under the consultation with attorney exception. 13, though, number 14, 14 is something that we do historically, I guess I request of ms. Flemming. If we get up to the 75,000 to 100,000 range, just let us know. Normally we get that contract completed before we get that far and we simply reimburse ourselves.

>> right.

>> from 14 we go to -- to number 18, then number 21, 22, 22 would be the last one.

>> move approval of the consent items.

>> second.

>> would anyone like for us to discuss any of these separately? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. Let's indicate that Commissioner Davis' absence until we announce his return, okay?
