One is a public hearing to receive comments regard agriculture request to authorize the filing of an instrument to vacate two five foot public utility easements located along either side of the common lot lines of lots 51 and 52 of highland creek lake section one, block g, a subdivision in presyringe three.

>> good morning, joe gieselman with the transportation and natural resoured department. As you've stated these are public utility easements and the applicant has asked that they be vacated to facilitate the construction after home across the common lot line. We contacted the utilities and no one has an interest in maintaining utilities easements and we therefore recommend their vacation.
>> would anyone like to give testimony during this public hearing?
>> move the public hearing be closed.
>> all in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. This will be section item number 7 on today's agenda.
