Consent

View captioned video.

Then the consent items are next. And posted for consent are c 1 through c 4, c 1 through c 4, I show those to be ready.

>> although I need to abstain on c 3 because it was the day I wasn't here.

>> c 3 will not be part of consent motion, c 1, 2, 3, 4 will be any problem with them? We will call up 3 c separately. Let's consider adding the following items to the consent motion, it's a long list, if you would like for us to discuss any of these separately, please say so as I call out the number of the item. Number 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 a and b, 8, 9, 10, a and b, 12, 13, a, b, and c, but not d, 13, a, b and c. We are holding off on d, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, just to receive, number 20, 28 -- the -- the requesting party has done exactly what we asked, executing a release for us. Do we need to discuss that with legal counsel? If not let's put it on the consent.

>> yeah.

>> any problem.

>> no, no problem with that.

>> okay. Then our last item on the consents motion will be item no. 28.

>> move approval.

>> would anyone like for us to pull any of these items for separate discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.
