The consent items are next. And posted for consent are c 1 through c 5. C 1 through c 5 and let's consider adding the following items to the consent motion. If you would like for us to discuss these separately, please say so as we call out the number of item. Number 4 the howard lane matter, that's to prioritize it, ask campo to do it. I think all we've done recently has been consistent with that.

>> yeah, you're right, judge. It seems to be ready to go, let's go forward with it.

>> 4 will be part of the consent motion.

>> okay.

>> 6 a and b, 8, 9, 11 --

>> I’m fine with it going on consent. I wanted to remark it was I think 116 pages single sided on an item that only addresses a $200 issue. That's a lot of backup.

>> I slipped and said this court likes to be informed. 12 a, b, c, any issues with 13?

>> no.

>> now, if we put it on consent, steve manila wishes us to make the following consent for the record. Funding for change orders to the construction contract for the howard lane-scofield ridge parkway project is to came from savings on the manor -- blake manor road project, which has been completed and was in the same 2001 bond order as a howard lane scofield ridge parkway project. So the funding source statement --

>> right.

>> with that we will have 13 as part of the consent motion. 14 a and b. 15,.

>> I actually have a question about 14 although it's brief.

>> 14 will not be part of the consent motion. 15, 16, I would like to know how we cover security and the sprinkle taken out of the bed, otherwise I’m fine with that.

>> on 16 we go to 19. Any issues with 19, 20. 20, 21, price increases, those have been purchasing.

>> they are already pretty low.

>> looked like they do a pretty good job of comparing our prices to standard or I guess that means market. 21 is part of the consent motion. 22, 23, 24, 25, and 26. Would anyone like for us to pull any of these for separate discussion? All in favor of the motion? That passes by unanimous vote.
