Let's pull up A1. A1. Approve contract award for northridge acres waterline improvements, ifb no. B080087-jw, to the low bidder, boretex, llc. The bid came in significantly lower than we had projected. I don't know take there are any issues, questions, issues?

>> judge, show me supporting that. I have to step off the dais for one second.

>> no issues I move approval.

>> second.

>> all in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. Thank you all very much.

>> thank you so much. Thank you all.

>> be happy to take any comments that you have, though. But I thought that we would go ahead and do it.

>> there's just a couple more issues on the grant, you know, to continue with it. There's -- I just would like to commend all of the staff. A lot of people here from the auditor's office, t.n.r., p.b.o., everyone that's worked on this project. There's a -- because it's federal money and it's a grant it's very complicated. It takes a long time. There's a lot of hoops to jump through, a lot of people have made that happen. I just want to commend all of them for that hard work.

>> thank you so much.

>> specifically jason walker, my hero in the purchasing department.

>> we helped. Thank you jason.

>> many moving parts working in concert.

>> yes.

>> about -- at least 127 people will get connections through this contract and there's potential for more. So --

>> thank you all.

>> ms. Brown?

>> yes. Judge Biscoe, good morning. Commissioners. Thank you very much. I’m here to represent north ridge acres, I’m the president of the homeowners association there. I’m also a resident of this neighborhood who will receive water for the first time in -- in 20 years. And I know that the judges and the Commissioners have all put in a lot of hard work and dan smith especially. And I’m just here to let you know that this means a lot to this neighborhood. I mean the neighborhood has suffered terrible with contaminated water for years and years on end and it's took a lot to get the grants together. To keep the neighborhood from being in debt. To playing bills that they couldn't afford. It just means so much to us. I just wants you to know that we really, really appreciate it.

>> thank you.

>> help us on the way.

>> thank you, judge.

>> we'll keep this rolling.
