Then let's go to the consent items. And posted for consent are c 1 and c 2, let's consider adding the following items to the consent motion, it's a long list. If you would like for us to discuss any of these separately, please say so as I call out the number of item. Number 3, which will include the steps recommended in the February 13th, 2008 backup memo from ms. Ramirez and p.b.o. It is a long explanation with several recommendations. So by approving this item, we also approve the recommendations in the memo. That basically is how we reimburse certain line items over the next few months after funds from our c.o.'s are received. Number 4 a and b, and c and d, all of 4, 6, 7, 8, 9 a and b, then to 12, 12, 13, two actions here to repeal the present chapter 39 and to adopt a new one, new chapter 39, so both actions are approved.

>> for the record, daniel on 26, I’m worried about the budget, the amount involved and the source of funding on that one, if we get those seems to me that -- that it may well be a thing to do.
