>> good afternoon, I’m harvey Davis, manager for the corporation. Wells fargo is the trustee for our 2007 bond program, and they have sent us a small invoice that I’m asking you to approve.

>> yes. 10-point survey dollars.

>> that's my recommendation, yes.
