Consent
The consent items and by the way Commissioner Davis is away at training today, will miss today's meeting. But posted for consent are c 1 through c 6. C 1 through c 6, and let's consider adding the following items to the consent motion if you would like for us to discuss any of these separately, please say so as I call out the number of the item. Number 6, 7 a, b and c --
>> judge, on 6 I need for that to be broken out, please.
>> we will discuss 6 -- it will not be part of the consent motion. 7 a, b and c. Number 8, 9, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 we will need to discuss after number 6, 17, -- so 15 to 17, 18, 19, 21, 22, 23, 23 is the last one.
>> move approval of the consent items.
>> second.
>> would anyone like for us to discuss any of these separately? All in favor of the motion? That passes by unanimous vote.
