6. Consider and take appropriate action on budget amendments, transfers and discussion items. There was a question or questions.
>> I would like to have a 1, if we want to vote on everything other than a 1, I would like for it to be singled out as an individual vote.
>> okay. Let's vote on a 1 first then. And that's the envision central Texas $25,000 from allocated reserve. Move approval of that one.

>> discussion? All in favor? Show Commissioners Gomez, eckhardt and yours truly voting in favor. Commissioner Daugherty voting against. Move approval of the rest of the budget amendments and transfers.
