Executive Session

We are ready for executive session. We have postponed item 41. That only leaves two items, including item 40, which is to receive legal briefing from the county attorney and take appropriate action regarding processing operations in a warehouse at 9709 brown lane, number z, Austin, Texas, 78754, and noncompliance with Travis County fire code and take appropriate action. This is under the consultation with attorney exception to the open meeting act. And number 42 is to consider and take appropriate action on the following Travis County pointto the Austin-Travis County ems advisory board. A, emergency services district Commissioner. B, a physician, c, a Travis County representative, and d, a consumer, and this is under advisory county advisory body to open meeting exception act. We will discuss these items but return to open court before taking any action.


we have returned where we discussed the two items that we announced beginning with item number 40. I move that we authorize the county attorney to pursue appropriate enforcement action in this case, including litigation, and hiring of an appropriate consultant, that the court approve the resolution prepared for us by the county attorney.

Move that we authorize proceeding as suggested which is basically to secure additional names for us to consider, and that the court authorize the sending of the draft letter with revisions to the small city official.
