Executive Session

>> we have returned from executive session where we discussed the following items, 31, potential purchase of real estate on airport boulevard. In my view no action required today. We did give what could be considered by some direction by more conversation than anything else. Let's have it back on in two weeks. That's February 12 for any necessary follow-up discussion. 32, we did discuss is, no further developments that require action. Let's leave it off and legal will let us know when it's to him to put it back on. 33, we did get the briefing, whether good news or bad. I move that we execute and authorize the county judge to sign the manage control agreement regarding Texas department of public safety and fbi information systems, that mr. Harlo and sheriff hamilton have signed already.
