Now, in view of the hour, and the fact that 31 is really a kind of, we could take that in executive session, can't we?

J that will give us this afternoon for executive session. 31 is to consider and take appropriate action regarding request from jan ivy, retiree, for coverage under Travis County insurance plan, we indicated @ executive session pursuant to Texas government code annotated 551.071, consultation with attorney. "eutonly this item but return to open court before taking any action.


I do think we ought to take this

Number 33, we'll take into executive session too as well as the other items I will now announce. 33 is to receive briefing from county attorney and take appropriate action on thq construction related erosion event in hays county, associated water quality and environmental impacts on hamilton pool and other natural resources in Travis County. This will be under the consultation with attorney exception to the open meetings act. 34, receive advice from county attorney and take appropriate action regarding balcones canyon land conjjtkes plan coj committee's policy statement, supporting public access trails on balcones canyon land preserve con tages with attorney. 35, receive briefing from county attorney and take appropriate action in Travis County et al versus marion hill, charity ty ruth resale deed, 36, receive briefing from county attorney and take appropriate action Travis County et al versus gene williams, mihai, and lucia stand restale deed consultation with attorney. 37, receive briefing from countv attorney and take appropriate action in Travis County versus nelson n lee, mihai and lucia stan resale deed again, consultation with attorney. 38, receive briefing from county attorney and to appropriate action in Travis County et al versus charles tukacs mag duh lena tukacs, resale deed, consultation with attorney exception, and 39, consider and to appropriate action on process for sale of county owned property at 9207 johnny morris road, consu&aparjrwith attorney and real estate exceptions to the open meetings act. We'll discuss these matters in executive signatures --session but return to open court before taking any action.


we discussed the following items, number 31. Is there a motion?

>> move that the request be denied at the time and that we encourage staff to follow this particular motion to ms. Ivy and that it be denied.

>> all in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. Number 33 is a matter involving the construction erosion event in hays county that adversely affected hamilton pool in Travis County. Western given a summary of the -- we were given a summary of the report today and requested that we read that and have the item back on the court's agenda next week. Without objection, I move that we do that and any other action required? Let's do that then. We'll have it back on next week. Number 34 is a matter involving the balcones canyonlands conservation plan coordinating committee's policy statement. Move we instruct the county attorney in response to questions asked by the coordinating committee.

I think we ought to find out what the prospective buyer has in mind and postpone it till the future. If there is objection, or just a motion to postpone it until appropriate in the future. Discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. Item number 37 in the case of Travis County, et al., versus necessary son n. Lee --

>> I called the wrong one? 36. I’m sorry. 36 is Travis County, et al., versus gene williams mihai and lucia stan restale deed. I move sign the proposed tax resale deed to mihai and stan who have paid Travis County the sum of $7,500 in cash, and this involves lot 9, block g, emerald bend, section 1.

>> discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. Now item number 37, the matter involving Travis County, et al., versus nelson n. Lee. I move that we authorize approval of the proposed tax resale deed to mihai and lucia stan who have paid Travis County $8,500 for this and this is lot 582, lago vista country club estates, section 4.

>> discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. Item number 38 is a matter involving Travis County, et al., versus charles and magdelina tukacs, t-u-k-a-c-s, and move to authorize approval of the proposed tax resale deed to mahai and lucia stan who have paid Travis County $7,300 in cash, and this involves lot 323160, holland lee estates section 32.

>> discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. Next item is a matter involving 39, the process for sale of county owned property at 9207 johnny morris road. We did give staff direction on how to proceed and report back to the Commissioners court.

>> yes. Do we need to take a motion on that or that direction should suffice as far as what we discussed?

>> you might want to be clear on what that direction is.

>> I move that we direct staff to proceed for a process of the sale of county owned property at 9207 johnny morris road and that process is to allow the broker, the proposed purchaser of the property, and also the neighborhood associations welcomes proximity that a list will be provided to the broker of that list to have meetings and report back to the Commissioners court, Commissioners on those meetings some time in the future.
