Number 4 is introduction of john casey roy to the Commissioners court.

>> this is one of the most pleasant things I get to do. As you know, elliott beck and his team have done a very good job over a number of years collecting delinquent taxes for Travis County and for other taxes ing districts in Travis County. And part of that was because of the work of jim prich arrested who was an attorney with fisher house a number of years. A few months ago we lost jim to tarrant county and we've been seek to go replace him and I’m proud to say we have found an excellent replacement for jim in casey roy. Casey has a finance degree from the university of Texas and in his law dpreg the u.t. And has been practicing law by my point for 13 or 14 years. He's had extensive bankruptcy experience, which is a large part of what we do in our tax collection work.

>> he has been general generalcounsel to bear cat industries. All that in houston. We've enticed him to move from houston to here. I think his fiancee living in Austin might have had something to do with that, but I’m pretty sure it was our fantastic job. We're proud to have casey roy join us and to represent new collecting taxes for you and the other taxing jurisdictions.

>> I consider it an honor to serve the people of Travis County.

>> thank you.

>> do we call him all three names?

>> my understanding is he goes by casey, but I’m attempted to call him john casey.
