A 2 there, consider and take appropriate action regarding a formula grant with the task force on indigent defense for indi gent defense services . Ms. Rio, are you here on that item? Tell us what that is. I saw the part 427,000.

>> this is a grant that we have been receiving since if fy 02 as a result of the fair defense act. The application went forward on October 2 of 2007. We have an amount not exactly the same but almost the entire amount in the revenue estimate. Seemed that you would accept this grant. It's our understanding that the county attorney and auditor have reviewed it and we would recommend approval.

>> discussion? All in favor. That passes by unanimous vote. By the way, that amount sort of keeps creeping up. It was 462 last year, year before that it was 408, year before that it was 336. So if the we look at the 427, that percentage of the total is five percent?
>> for criminal? Five million would be 500,000. Ten percent, a little under.
>> six or seven percent.
>> don't give me too much credit there. We appreciate that.
