>> a 1, I think we ought to approve January 31, 2008, as the absolute drop dead date for combined charitiies. The report that I saw had us at approximately $50,000. I think we can do a little bit better than that and we ought to give ourselves a little more time.

>> what I would like to do is maybe send out a few e-mails, at least one, maybe in had a week as a kind of final reminder and accept whatever result we have by that date. Is that okay? I move approval of that idea.
