Joe, since we have you here, how about call up number 12, consider and take appropriate action on the polge, a, request to call down funds for lime creek road from the resubdivision of lot 1, Lake Travis number 1 sub division, resubdivision of lot 3 and 4, Lake Travis number 1 subdivision resubdivision of lot 10, Lake Travis number 1 subdivision, resubdivision of lot 120, Lake Travis number 1 subdivision, village at volente phase 1 subdivision, village at volente phase 2 subdivision, and village at volente phase 3 subdivision. And b is interlocal agreement between Travis County and village at volente for the transfer of boundary street physical for improvements to lime creek. I read the back up and thought we ought to have a short discussion.

>> whenever we receive a dub division we typically ask the subdivider to set up a physical instrument or cash security to improve the boundary road, mthis case it is lyle creek which was a county road, for the county to read that money tor future improvements to lime cream--creek. We collected those funds for a period of about a year to August 25, 1998. The fiscals total 30,809.27. So we have those funds. They are in our bank account. The issue is the village at volente has annexed that portion of lime creek road. So what we would do is basically they have now taken on the responsibility for lime creek road. We just take these same funds, draw them down and transfer the cash to volente. They take over the responsibility for lime creek road and it will evenable them to use that $30,000 to offset the cost of doing sowe don't expect any kind of fight from the fiscal.

>> no, everyone is identified and aware that we are transferring.

>> discussion? Questions?

>> second.

>> motion and second to approve a and b. Right?

>> yes.

>> anymore discussion? All in favor. That passes by unanimous vote.
