Number 1 is to consider and take appropriate action on an order prohibiting outdoor burning in the unincorporated areas of Travis County. Mr. Baldwin and I communicated yesterday and in view of the fact that the weather really hasn't changed his recommendation is that we leave the outstanding order preventing outdoor burning in unincorporated areas in effect. By taking no action today we leave in effect that order. The order is in effect until February 6th of 2008 unless we take action to change it. So in view of the fact of the forecast this week, we will have the item back on the agenda this week just in case we need it.
