>>

>> we paragraphsly approved these or did we okay the --

>> the coach's fee is how much?

>> $500 a coach. Which there were three coaches.

>> so did we expect a $1,500 fee and we got one for 3500?

>> we expected there would be some university run tex university fees, but we weren't sure how much they were going to be. We should have had better documentation. I would say it's worth the fee they charged due to the fact that they did train two of our people to be trainers for future --

>> right now that amount is how much?

>> 19,267.69.

>> before this or after this.

>> before this, but actually there was a thousand dollar -- 1,080 check that was -- that we have written since this agenda item was prepared.

>> but there's more than enough money in the wellness budget to cover it.

>> move approval.

>> second.

>> discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. And two $100 donations, that's a 200 donation, right?

>> that's correct. One, $100 donation of nationwide retirement solutions and one from union insurance, $100 from them.

>> those donations come without any strings.

>> that's correct.

>> sounds like a good idea.

>> second.

>> all in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.

>> move adjourn.

>> all in favor? That carries unanimously. Thank you very much, mr. Davis
