16. Consider and take appropriate action on request to approve an interlocal cooperation agreement with the city of manor for transit oriented development district planning, in precinct one. We have discussed this a couple of times and I guess looked at the contract. Our discussion last time was to the effect that others would take the lead on this and we would be supportive. And there may well be benefit coming to Travis County. If the tax base is expanded as planned. And this request is for $25,000, right?

>> [indiscernible] going to put the $25,000 on the table, also. In this regard with -- in the range of this interlocal.

>> so I have no problem with this judge, I would like to move approval of this particular item.

>> okay. Anything else we need to hear?
>> just to reiterate the intent that it's bct funds, although if we run short on bct funds for our other projects it will be back to allocated reserve.
>> makes sense to me.
>> there may or may not be any further commitment by the county after this contract.
>> well, this is for $25,000. Anything else would be not only new but a surprise request.
