>> good morning, joe gieselman with the transportation natural resources department. The owner of these two lots requested that the subdivision be replatted so that they can form five lots out of the 10.11 acres. The replat does meet the county's subdivision regulations. And I know of no objection to the proposed replatting.
>> would anyone like to give testimony during this public hearing? If so, please come forward.
>> move that the public hearing be closed.
>> all in favor? That passes unanimously. This will be action item no. 13 on today's agenda, which I will recommend we include on the consent motion.
